We are looking for an analyst for the risk department — someone who can work with large volumes of data, identify patterns, and turn numbers into understandable conclusions for the business.
📍 Format: remote 🕘 Schedule: 5/2 💵 Salary: discussed individually
🔹 Responsibilities:
— analyze the company's credit and risk indicators; — work with large datasets and form samples; — write, test, and optimize SQL queries; — perform regular and one-off analysis in Excel; — analyze the client portfolio, approvals, disbursements, delinquency, and other key indicators; — identify anomalies and deviations in data; — find the causes of indicator changes and form conclusions; — prepare analytical reports and extracts for the manager; — participate in assessing the effectiveness of risk rules and process changes; — interact with other departments on analytical issues.
🔹 What's important:
✔️ solid knowledge of SQL — required; ✔️ proficient Excel: formulas, pivot tables, large data volumes; ✔️ developed analytical thinking; ✔️ attention to numbers and details; ✔️ ability to independently find the causes of deviations; ✔️ understanding of the basics of risk analytics will be an advantage; ✔️ experience in FinTech, banks, or MFIs will be a big plus.
