Risk Analyst

We are developing a FinTech project and are looking for a strong Risk Analyst. Your main goal is to help the business make accurate data-driven decisions, manage the quality of the credit portfolio, and find growth opportunities. Responsibilities: 🔸 Analyze and assess the credit portfolio, constantly monitor the level of overdue and non-performing loans (NPL). 🔸 Conduct scenario analysis and stress tests to assess portfolio resilience. 🔸 Develop and implement borrower risk assessment models, analyze their solvency. 🔸 Generate analytical reports on risks and maintain borrower databases. 🔸 Analyze factors affecting the debt level and develop risk mitigation strategies. 🔸 Interact with the credit department: clarify data and assist in evaluating new applications. 🔸 Participate in the development of lending terms, pricing policy, and control the effectiveness of recovery measures. 🔸 Monitor compliance with internal policies and debt management regulations. Candidate Profile: 🔹 Experience as an analyst in FinTech, banking, e-commerce, or digital projects. 🔹 Mandatory practical experience in conducting scenario analysis and stress testing of the credit portfolio. 🔹 Proficient in SQL for database management. 🔹 Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables). 🔹 Ability to work with large volumes of data, systematic thinking, and responsibility. Would be a strong plus: ➕ Knowledge of Python for routine automation and in-depth data analysis.
