We are looking for an experienced risk analyst in a crypto/fintech company for the position of Deputy Head of Risk.

Key Responsibilities: Daily risk monitoring: client exposure, P&L, margin positions, balances, anomaly alerts Building and maintaining risk limits (stress scenarios, soft/hard thresholds) Control of hedging and corporate actions (dividends, splits) Calculation and control of swaps/overnights (interbank rates, futures curves, contango/backwardation) SQL analytics (PostgreSQL), data reconciliation between sources Management reporting: dashboards, presentations with conclusions and recommendations Working with quote and liquidity providers: subscriptions, terms, price quality, basis risks

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in risk management, trading, or market analytics. Proficient SQL (PostgreSQL) Deep understanding of financial markets and derivatives (including swaps, corporate actions)

Priority for candidates with experience working on exchanges and with brokers.
