Risk Management | Operational Risk | Leadership
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the team and coordinate risk and risk event management activities
- Oversee RCSA risk assessment, risk events, incidents and operational losses
- Ensure effective root-cause analysis and risk mitigation plans
- Maintain risk registers, dashboards and regulatory reporting
- Analyze risk trends, recurring incidents and emerging risks and escalate key issues
- Collaborate with ERM, business, IT, Internal Control, Audit and other stakeholders
- Develop risk management processes, methodologies and systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or team management role
- Strong knowledge of operational risk, RCSA, risk events, operational losses and Basel classifications
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with risk systems and dashboards
- Excellent English; Russian is an advantage
- Relevant certifications such as FRM, PRM, CRMA, CIA, COSO or ISO 31000 are an advantage
