🚀 We’re hiring: MLRO, Head of Risk & Data Protection Officer (DPO)

InvokaPAY is building the foundations of a new regulated European payments business and we’re looking for a senior control-function leader to help shape it. As MLRO, Head of Risk & DPO, you’ll play a critical role across AML/CFT, financial crime, enterprise risk, GDPR and regulatory governance, with direct access to senior leadership and the Supervisory Board.

This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and help build the risk, compliance and data-protection framework for an API-driven embedded payments platform preparing for Dutch regulatory authorisation.

• 8+ years’ senior experience in AML/CFT, financial crime and/or enterprise risk • Strong knowledge of Dutch/EU payments and AML requirements • MLRO experience, including suspicious transaction reporting • Strong GDPR/DPO expertise • Comfortable engaging with regulators, FIUs, auditors and boards • Independent, pragmatic and confident in challenging senior stakeholders
