AML officer / specialist (middle)

Location: Riga (hybrid)

▪️Role overview: Support the MLRO across the companys day-to-day AML/CFT function. The role is hands-on: implementing and operating AML controls, covering KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, crypto specific due diligence (KYT, Travel Rule), sanctions/PEP screening, and SAR/STR preparation for submission.

▪️Responsibilities Support the MLRO in implementing and operating the AML/CFT Policy, procedures Conduct KYC/CDD/EDD reviews on client relationships Configure and review Transaction Monitoring scenarios; investigate flagged activity Support crypto transaction monitoring (KYT) and Travel Rule compliance Prepare and draft SARs/STRs for MLRO review and submission to MROS Maintain and continuously improve AML procedures, ensuring they reflect operational practice Support periodic risk assessments (business risk and customer risk) Maintain accurate and audit-ready AML records in line with VQF documentation requirements Monitor developments in Swiss AML/VQF requirements and flag their operational impact.
