AML Analyst (Crypto / KYT)

We are a company developing a blockchain analytics and KYT platform for compliance teams and investigation specialists. We are looking for an AML analyst who knows these tools from daily practice and will help make the product more convenient and reliable.

About the Role Your experience with transactions, alerts, and investigations will be the foundation for the platform's development. Together with the product team, you will check how the tool helps solve real tasks: find missing data, explain risks, and prepare clear conclusions. In this role, you can influence the tool for your colleagues in the profession: turn observed limitations into specific improvements and check the results with the team.

▪️ What you will be doing ▫️Checking addresses and transactions, analyzing alerts, and conducting investigations on the platform. ▫️Evaluating data quality, clarity of risk assessment, and ease of report preparation; identifying errors, gaps, and unnecessary actions. ▫️Comparing workflows with familiar tools and explaining what prevents an analyst from obtaining reliable results. ▫️Proposing improvements with specific examples, formulating requirements with the product team, and verifying implemented changes.

▪️ What is important to us ▫️Practical experience in crypto-AML/KYT at an exchange, crypto-payment or custodial service, or financial organization. Aim for 2+ years; the depth of your practice is more important. ▫️Regular work in Chainalysis, TRM, Crystal, Elliptic, or a similar tool in your current or recent role. ▫️Independent case management: from checking a transaction or analyzing an alert to a justified conclusion for a manager or auditor. ▫️Ability to verify sources, explain data limitations, and clearly articulate findings. ▫️Working English for communication and documentation; Russian can be used within the team.

▪️Will be a plus ▫️Experience with multiple analytical platforms, participation in tool implementation or setup, in-depth investigations, and fund tracing across networks. Programming is not required.
