We are an international PSP. We are currently looking for a Middle+/Senior Antifraud Manager
· Participate in the development and improvement of internal and external fraud prevention processes; · Configure and develop automated transaction monitoring with elements of manual control; · Identify, analyze, and investigate fraud cases, develop measures to prevent them; · Develop, test, and optimize fraud detection rules and models, calibrate trigger thresholds; · Participate in the implementation and configuration of anti-fraud tools and platforms; · Interact with related departments to investigate incidents and reduce risks; · Analyze fraud metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to the anti-fraud system; · Track new fraudulent schemes and adapt protection mechanisms to emerging threats.
Requirements: · Experience in antifraud in a payment company, fintech; · Deep understanding of payment fraud in all its forms; · Practical experience with transaction monitoring, detection rules, behavioral analytics; · Experience with anti-fraud/AML platforms; · Understanding of P2P payment specifics
Conditions: · Remote work format; · Salary (negotiable) + KPI after probation period; · Various payment methods; · Schedule - Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00 (GMT+3).
