Wanted**

We are looking for someone who will be the first to notice if something is wrong with a card or user, and will see such cases through to resolution.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Monitor transactions and identify anomalies: write-offs for services that do not resemble the user's usual purchases, series of declines, sharp spikes in card activity. ▫️Investigate suspicious cases thoroughly: reconstruct the timeline, determine the source — fraud, service error, or problem on the issuer bank's side — and agree on actions: freeze, close, reinstate. ▫️Control card closures: cards sent for closure should not accumulate declines or subscriptions — every extra decline costs us money. ▫️Handle refunds and disputes: gather data for the application, record in a table, monitor the completion deadline by the provider. ▫️Deal with freezes: understand why a card is deactivated even though it's 'Active' on our end, request unblocking from the provider, and keep a record of such cases. ▫️Participate in KYC checks as required by card providers. ▫️Compile and maintain a database of payment errors: decline codes (Insufficient funds, 'transactions ... blocked by rules imposed on your account', and others) with descriptions and solutions, plus a list of services where payment is not processed at all. ▫️Prepare regular reports: declines, disputed write-offs, freezes, losses — with figures, not just impressions.

▪️Requirements: ▫️Experience in antifraud, risk monitoring, chargebacks, or fintech/payment service support. ▫️Understanding of card transaction lifecycle: authorization, decline, refund, chargeback, response codes. ▫️Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; SQL is a plus. ▫️Attention to detail and perseverance: a case is closed when the cause is found, not when the first email is sent.

▪️Will be a plus: ▫️Experience with prepaid cards and BIN sponsors, Apple Pay / Google Pay. ▫️Understanding of crypto top-ups (USDT / TRON / TON) and associated risks.
