Responsibilities
- Implementation of measures to prevent the execution of money transfers without the client's voluntary consent in the manner established by the Bank of Russia;
- Analysis of modified or new bank services/products for the risk of fraud;
- Analysis of new products and services being implemented or planned for implementation for the risk of fraud being committed through them; including analysis of architectural solutions;
- Analysis of existing products and services, authentication mechanisms and their architectural solutions for risks and vulnerabilities that could lead to fraud;
- Analysis of requirements of regulators and payment systems for anti-fraud measures;
- Preparation of conclusions and proposals for eliminating or reducing the identified risk;
- Participation in the development and approval of bank business processes that affect the detection and prevention of fraud.
Requirements
- Higher education (economics, law, information security, applied mathematics/computer science in banking, information and computing technology in banking, technical);
- Knowledge of processes for carrying out operations with bank cards, making transfers through the faster payments system, rules/regulatory and technical documentation of payment systems, standards, legislative acts, methodological guidelines of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;
- Ability to work with a package of specialized software for operations with bank cards, in remote banking services;
- Experience in monitoring operations that meet the criteria of operations without client consent, operational risks;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of banking, card industry, financial (banking) operations security, AML/CFT;
- At least 3 years of experience in transactional/session Anti-Fraud is required.
