Our team is responsible for the operation of high-load e-government services. We ensure round-the-clock monitoring of information systems, release support, and configuration management.
We are now looking for a department head to strengthen the team.
What you will do
- Analyze the effectiveness of anti-fraud processes and implemented measures.
- Monitor and identify fraud trends, search for patterns and anomalies.
- Optimize approaches and criteria for fraud detection.
- Develop measures and recommendations for fraud prevention.
- Implement new solutions, conduct pilot projects, R&D.
- Participate in investigations of incidents of a fraudulent nature.
What we expect from you
You have:
- Higher education in IT, Information Security.
- Experience in optimizing and implementing new technical measures to reduce fraud.
- Experience in analyzing and developing organizational measures to reduce fraud.
- Experience in implementing fraud prevention solutions.
- Experience in organizing anti-fraud processes from scratch.
- Good technical background: understanding of technologies used to protect personal accounts, SQL (writing complex queries, window functions), Python at the level of writing scripts for task automation.
