We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Compliance Officer to join our team.

The Role:

The Compliance Officer will handle the Compliance Department in ensuring that the firm adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conducting the Client on-boarding process by supporting Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) procedures, ensuring compliance with AML regulations.

• Conducting preliminary client background checks and screenings.

• Supporting the transaction monitoring process, including reviewing client transactions and maintaining accurate records.

• AML/Risk Assessment by using our software

• Arranging the maintenance and organisation of compliance records, both electronic and physical.

• Helping to ensure that all compliance registers are up-to-date and accurate.

• Collaborating with other departments to address compliance-related queries and issues.

• Keeping abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and assisting with the implementation of new compliance processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• A University Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Up to 2 years of experience in compliance, AML, or a related field
