Position: Onboarding Specialist / KYC Analyst 🚀__An international fintech startup is opening a hybrid-in-Cyprus or remote-from-anywhere-in-the-world opportunity for an expert who can quickly understand clients' business models and unerringly spot red flags where a less experienced eye might miss them.__

🏦 What you will do: Conduct KYC/KYB checks for new clients Assess client risks and their business models in the context of payment services Support the onboarding of entrepreneurs and companies into payment/embedded finance products Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, risk) to balance business interests and compliance requirements

🎯 What is important: Experience of 3+ years in assessing businesses and entrepreneurs and making decisions on them during onboarding Understanding of how payment services work in Europe and the UK Experience in fintech (payments, FX, lending, etc.) English language proficiency — B2 or higher for professional communication Independence and responsibility for results Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and good organization
