We are looking for a Payment Manager — middle/senior level.

📍 Location: Cyprus or Remote EU 🌍 Format: international / fintech / iGaming-adjacent

We need not a generalist, but a strong operational profile who thoroughly understands working with PSP / acquirers / card schemes and knows how to manage payment infrastructure in a multi-jurisdictional environment.

What you will do: — Manage the portfolio of acquirers and PSPs — Monitor approval rate, chargebacks, cost per transaction — Negotiate commissions and terms — Work with Visa/Mastercard compliance: GARS/VARS, VAMP, RDR, MCC — Understand IC++, scheme fees, FX and fee optimisation — Expand payment methods in new markets — Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Finance, Legal

What is important: — 3+ years of experience in payments: PSP / acquirer / orchestration / merchant-side — Practical understanding of card schemes — Ability to read acquirer invoices and understand IC++ — Excel / SQL for independent analysis — Fluent English

Will be a plus: — Experience in high-risk / iGaming / forex — Experience with orchestration platforms — EU regulatory knowledge — Profile from CIS / international experience

We are looking for someone who knows how not just to "work with payments", but to actually manage the performance, cost, risk, and quality of payment processes.
