PSP Partnership Manager | iGaming / FinTech
We are looking for a PSP Partnership Manager who will be responsible for developing the payment infrastructure: searching for new payment partners, launching integrations, and developing relationships with providers. The role directly impacts deposit conversion, payment efficiency, and business scaling in new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Search, evaluation, and attraction of new PSPs and alternative payment methods (APMs) for target markets
- Full negotiation cycle: from initial contact to agreeing on commercial terms and signing agreements
- Coordination of new PSP launches with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams
- Partnership lifecycle management: developing relationships, reviewing terms, expanding cooperation
- Analysis of solution effectiveness: Approval Rate, Deposit Conversion, processing cost, service stability
- Launching new payment methods, optimizing infrastructure, increasing conversion, and reducing payment costs
- Monitoring the payment solutions market, participating in industry conferences, developing a network of contacts
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with PSPs in iGaming, Gambling, FinTech, or another high-risk industry
- Full PSP integration cycle: from search and negotiations to launch in production
- Practical experience in commercial negotiations and concluding partnership agreements
- Understanding of payment infrastructure, local payment methods, and specifics of CIS and/or LATAM markets
- Ability to analyze payment solutions through business metrics
- English proficiency from B2 level
Will be a plus:
- Own network of contacts among PSPs and aggregators
- Experience with cryptocurrency payment solutions
- Work with local APMs (PIX, SPEI, PSE, etc.)
- Understanding of the technical side of integrations (API, webhooks, callbacks)
- Experience with chargeback processes, risk management, and antifraud
- Spanish or Portuguese language
