**PSP Manager **

An American startup entering the Tier-1 market is looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join the team to build and scale payment infrastructure.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Full communication management with PSP providers
• Negotiations on SLAs, commercial terms, commissions, and reserves
• Control of limits, holds, and traffic quality
• Setting up cascading and payment routing
• Connecting and customizing local payment methods (Tier-1)
• Optimizing approval rates and payment system stability

✅ Requirements:

• Mandatory experience as a PSP Manager in gambling
• Practical experience with Tier-1 markets
• Fluent English from B2 level
• Understanding of risk management and specifics of high-risk processing
• Experience in scaling payment infrastructure
