**PSP Manager **

An American startup entering the Tier-1 market is looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join the team to build and scale payment infrastructure.

📌 Responsibilities:

Full communication management with PSP providers

Negotiations on SLAs, commercial terms, commissions, and reserves

Control of limits, holds, and traffic quality

Setting up cascading and payment routing

Connecting and customizing local payment methods (Tier-1)

Optimizing approval rates and payment system stability

✅ Requirements:

Mandatory experience as a PSP Manager in gambling
Practical experience with Tier-1 markets
Fluent English from B2 level
Understanding of risk management and specifics of high-risk processing
Experience in scaling payment infrastructure
