Payments Operations Lead

iGaming | Limassol, Cyprus**

An international product IT company developing high-load products in the iGaming sphere is looking for a Payments Operations Lead to manage and scale the payment direction.

Responsibilities: — Operational management of the PSP direction and responsibility for the result — Audit and optimization of current payment and operational processes — Building a unified operational model and zones of responsibility between teams — Identifying problems in processing and launching changes in collaboration with Product, Tech, and Analytics — Coordination of payment, operational, and technical teams — Preparing infrastructure for volume growth, connecting new partners, and entering new markets, including LATAM — Formation and development of the operational team

We are looking for a candidate with: — Experience in managing an operational direction in PSP, fintech, P2P payments, or related payment infrastructure — Deep understanding of payment processing — Experience in building and scaling operational processes — Strong ownership and hands-on approach: it is important not only to propose changes but also to bring them to completion independently — Strong managerial and communication skills — Experience working with international markets will be a plus

Conditions: — Relocation to Limassol with support for document processing for the employee and family — Office, full-time 5/2 — International markets and large-scale payment projects — High degree of autonomy and direct influence on the development of the direction — Russian-speaking team, minimal bureaucracy, and fast decision-making
