🚀 Head of Payments (iGaming)

A product-based online casino operating in Tier 2–3 markets is looking for a Head of Payments to manage and scale the payment infrastructure.

🔹 Responsibilities: • Manage the product's payment infrastructure and cashier • Develop routing, cascades, and payment logic • Increase approval rate, success rate, and conversion to deposit • Analyze decline rate and optimize payment flows • Launch new PSPs, payment methods, and GEOs • Manage provider balances and liquidity • Optimize processing costs and commercial terms • Develop antifraud, AML/KYC, and risk management processes • Collaborate with product, CRM, analytics, marketing, and finance teams

🔹 Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in iGaming on the merchant side • Mandatory experience with Tier 2–3 GEOs (Turkey, LATAM, Asia, and similar markets) • Experience in roles such as Payments Manager / PSP Account Manager / Head of Payments • Hands-on experience with routing, cascades, and payment analytics • Deep understanding of P2P, e-commerce, e-wallets, APMs, and crypto • Understanding of AML/KYC, fraud prevention, and chargeback management • English for working with international providers

➕ Will be a plus: • Experience with GR8 Tech • Established connections with PSPs and local payment providers • Case studies of scaling payment infrastructure and growing payment metrics
