🔥 We are looking for a Payment Manager / Head of payments for our product tech team

We are developing an international digital product at the intersection of Future of Work and B2B. We are currently looking for a strong specialist to take responsibility for the development and optimization of the payment infrastructure.

Important: we need someone with practical experience specifically with payments in the US market / US acquiring & payment ecosystem.

📍 Format: full-time, remote

What's important: — 4+ years of experience in payments: SaaS / e-commerce / fintech — real experience working with US payments, American PSPs and/or acquiring banks — experience with subscription business model and recurring payments — experience working with multiple PSPs simultaneously — understanding of direct acquiring and payment routing — deep knowledge of Visa / Mastercard programs: TC40, VAMP, Fraud Monitoring — experience with payment orchestration or custom traffic distribution logic — experience with Recurly / Chargebee / Zuora or equivalents — understanding of vault, tokenization, MIT, retry logic — confident work with payment analytics: chargeback rate, decline codes, conversion, A/B tests — English from B2 for communication with PSPs and other partners — ability to independently troubleshoot issues and build processes practically from scratch

Responsibilities: — diversify acquiring and payment gateways — connect additional PSPs, PayPal, and banking acquiring — analyze and implement payment orchestration — build routing between PSPs considering risk and conversion — develop fraud & dispute management — work with Ethoca / Verifi, TC40 / SAFE, and Visa VAMP requirements — improve approval rate and recurring payments — build retry logic and token migration between PSPs — create unified payment analytics and reporting — work with product, finance, and support teams on payment compliance issues

Will be a plus: — PSD2 / SCA / 3DS 2.x / Network Tokens — launch of Apple Pay / Google Pay — contacts at acquiring banks and major PSPs
