Description: Launching a payment service in Europe from scratch.

Tasks: — Selection of a business model and building partnerships with banks and EMIs; — Team formation; — Launching the first SEPA payments within 3 months, followed by SWIFT integration; — Team and budget management.

Requirements: — Experience in launching a payment product from scratch (SEPA/SWIFT, EMI, PSP); — Experience in building banking partnerships and deep knowledge of AML/KYC; — Russian and fluent English languages.

Conditions: — Salary + bonus, possible share in the project; — Autonomy (reporting to the project curator); — Work format and relocation are negotiable.
