Client Success Manager — Payments & Platform

NOTA is an international fintech company developing financial and payment infrastructure for B2B clients.

The platform integrates multi-currency accounts, international payments, FX, payouts, fiat/crypto operations, sub-accounts, API, and White Label solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Manage B2B clients from onboarding and KYC/KYB to launch and first transactions

· Understand the client's business model and payment needs and select the optimal payment flow

· Support clients with platform products: accounts, FX, international transfers, payouts, fiat/crypto, API, White Label

· Develop client relationships and help connect additional platform services

· Support cross-border payments, including non-standard and manual payment scenarios

· Monitor transactions, investigate delays, rejections, and other operational issues

· Interact with AML/Compliance, Finance, Legal, Product/IT, and Sales

· Participate in the launch of API integrations and White Label projects

· Collect client feedback and participate in improving the product and internal processes

Candidate Profile:

· 3+ years of experience in fintech / payments / banking / FX / Client Success / Account Management

· Experience working with B2B clients in financial or payment products

· Understanding of cross-border payments, SWIFT, SEPA, FX, and settlement

· Understanding of KYC/KYB and AML

· Experience supporting clients from onboarding to product launch

· Ability to translate a client's business task into a clear payment flow

· Understanding of API integrations at the client interaction and technical team level

· Fluent Russian
