🚀 COO / Chief Operating Officer | BePredict
Remote | Full-time | $6,000–10,000 + 5–10% equity
BePredict is a prediction markets platform for the CIS region in sports, esports, politics, and economics.
The product is in the final stage of development. We are looking for a COO to take charge of the platform launch, build operational processes, and drive business development.
Responsibilities:
- Organize final testing and product launch.
- Establish operational processes from scratch.
- Find and onboard market makers, ensure market liquidity.
- Organize odds, margin, and risk management.
- Form a team and manage the Trading, IT, Support, and Antifraud departments.
- Implement KPIs, reporting, and control of key business indicators.
- Develop partnerships, the affiliate program, and marketing strategy.
- Control unit economics and bring the project to break-even.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience working in CIS bookmaking companies (mandatory).
- Understands bookmaking lines, odds, margins, and risk management.
- Has experience launching products or business lines from scratch.
- Can form teams and manage operational processes, including IT.
- Is ready to take responsibility for results and actively engage in processes independently.
- Fluent in Russian, with English at a working level.
- Experience with Crypto, Web3, and Prediction Markets will be an advantage.
We are considering both experienced managers and promising specialists with strong growth potential and relevant bookmaking experience.
What we offer:
- Fixed salary of $6,000–10,000 per month, paid in cryptocurrency.
- 5–10% equity in the project upon achieving key KPIs.
