#vacancy #COO 🚀 Looking for a COO (Chief Operating Officer) We are seeking a strong Operations Director for one of the largest international partnership programs in the iGaming (Gambling) sector, successfully operating in Tier-1 markets. We are looking for a leader who can build an effective management system, scale business processes, and make data-driven decisions while working with the company owner.

What we expect: ✔ Strong management competencies and successful experience in managing multiple departments; ✔ Experience in building, optimizing, and scaling business processes; ✔ Experience in implementing KPIs, OKRs, management reporting systems, and task execution control; ✔ Deep understanding of business financial metrics (P&L, budgeting, unit economics, operational metrics); ✔ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — the ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify patterns, find root causes of problems, and make data-driven decisions; ✔ Confident work with business analytics and metrics — the ability to interpret department performance indicators, assess the impact of decisions on the company's financial results, and draw conclusions based on data; ✔ Experience in making management decisions based on analytics, not intuition; ✔ High level of systems thinking, the ability to see the interconnections between processes and build an effective operational model for the company; ✔ Ability to build effective communication between departments and unite teams around common goals; ✔ Leadership qualities, a high level of responsibility, independence, and a results-oriented approach; ✔ Experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate Marketing; ✔ English language will be an advantage.

Responsibilities: ✔ Full operational management of the company and ensuring the effective operation of all departments; ✔ Management of department heads, development of the management team, and increasing employee efficiency; ✔ Development, implementation, and optimization of business processes, regulations, and operational standards; ✔ Control of the achievement of strategic and operational company goals, ensuring the fulfillment of key KPIs; ✔ Building and developing a system for management reporting, task execution control, and department performance evaluation; ✔ Analysis of the company's financial, operational, and business indicators, identification of growth opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization; ✔ Building a Data-Driven Management culture — implementing approaches where key management decisions are made based on analytics, metrics, and objective performance indicators; ✔ Making strategic and operational decisions based on data analysis, not intuitive assumptions; ✔ Seeking opportunities to improve business efficiency, optimize resources, and reduce operational costs; ✔ Building effective interaction between all company departments, eliminating bottlenecks, and increasing decision-making speed; ✔ Collaboration with the owner on the implementation of the company's development strategy, business scaling, and launch of new directions; ✔ Change management, launch of new processes, products, and internal initiatives; ✔ Control of project implementation, adherence to deadlines, quality of execution, and achievement of planned results; ✔ Fostering a culture of responsibility, transparency, high efficiency, and focus on achieving business goals.
