COO/Head of Operations

Looking for a COO/Head of Operations in Cyprus 🙂

An international gaming startup needs a person who will become a reliable operational partner for the founder and take charge of everything that needs to run like clockwork.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the financial and administrative sphere: budgets, reporting, audits.
• Coordinating legal matters, contracts, and work with counterparties.
• Building processes and controlling risks.
• Freeing up the founder from operational routine so they can focus on the product and business development.

We are looking for someone with experience in startups or small international companies, strong ownership, financial literacy, and the ability to establish order without excessive bureaucracy. Russian and English are a must. Cyprus or willingness to relocate. Love for games and interest in the gaming industry is a must-have 🎮
