CFO | Media Buying
We are a large arbitration team with over 60 people. Currently, the team is looking for a CFO who will become a strategic partner to the founders and be responsible for the financial management of the business at the decision-making level.
Future Tasks:
- Formulate and control the overall financial strategy of the project.
- See the complete financial picture of the business and connect financial indicators with operational activities.
- Plan and forecast cash flow, identify potential cash gaps in advance, and propose solutions.
- Analyze the profitability and economic efficiency of various traffic sources.
- Participate in assessing the financial efficiency of directions and make decisions together with the founders.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and business development scenarios.
- Monitor key financial indicators and their dynamics.
- Identify financial risks and optimization points.
- Build interaction between the financial block and the founders, as well as with other key business functions.
- Manage and develop the existing financial team.
What's important to us:
- Experience working in a traffic team in the IGaming vertical;
- Experience working as Head of Finance / CFO;
- Strong skills in financial strategic planning, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Ability to analyze profitability, return on investment, and efficiency of traffic sources, identify risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Experience in managing a financial team and interacting with founders as a financial partner in strategic decision-making.
