🚦 What you need to know/be able to do: • Experience as a CFO / Finance Director and managing the financial function; • Experience in iGaming, Adult, AI, or other high-risk digital sectors is mandatory; • Experience managing international finances and multiple legal entities; • Practical experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial modeling, treasury, accounting, and tax; • Experience working with banks, PSPs, auditors, tax consultants, and other financial partners; • English language proficiency is mandatory.

⚒ What you will do: • Lead the financial function and develop the existing financial team; • Formulate the financial strategy and ensure the financial stability of the business; • Manage budgeting, financial planning, modeling, and forecasting; • Control the international financial landscape, including working with legal entities, banks, PSPs, and external consultants; • Analyze the financial performance of the business, identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement; • Participate in strategic decisions with the CEO and founders and provide financial support for business development.
