CFO

We are looking for a CFO 🚀

We are Naran, an international startup in mobility. We build and finance car fleets for ride-hailing and delivery in Africa and LatAm. We are already operating in Colombia, Peru, Senegal, and Côte d'Ivoire.

Who we are looking for:

– 10+ years in finance, with 5+ years as CFO – Experience with real assets and institutional debt: leasing, asset finance, consumer lending, or fintech with a credit portfolio – Someone who will build the finance function from scratch, not join an existing one – Experience in raising asset-backed debt and equity rounds – from term sheet to drawdown – Fluent English, readiness for a multicultural environment

What you will do:

– Financial infrastructure for several countries: accounting, consolidation under IFRS for a holding company in ADGM, first group audit – Controls and treasury: asset registry, daily collection reconciliation, FX and liquidity in local currencies – Tax structure UAE / Africa / LatAm: VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing – Group financial model: P&L by country, IRR per unit of equipment, cohorts, debt capacity – Team: chief accountant, country accountants, FP&A, treasury
