Key responsibilities: • Building and transforming the financial function. • Implementing management reporting: P&L, CF, Balance Sheet, Plan-Fact. • Optimizing and automating accounting (1C / ERP). • Managing liquidity, financial flows, and working capital. • Controlling accounts receivable and payable. • Interacting with banks and preparing for attracting financing. • Managing the financial team and participating in strategic decisions.

We are looking for you if: • CFO / Head of Finance experience of 5+ years. • Experience in building or deeply transforming the financial function. • Strong expertise in accounting automation and 1C. • Experience in high-turnover companies (logistics, retail, manufacturing – advantage). • Experience working with owners and top management. • Practical experience in preparing for bank financing. • Strong project management and change management skills.
