This is a board-level position, combining strategic financial management, regulatory oversight, treasury, and financial function transformation.

Requirements: — 12+ years of experience in financial management, predominantly in the banking sector or financial services — Experience in the role of CFO, Deputy CFO, Financial Controller, Head of Financial Function, or a comparable position in a regulated financial institution — Practical expertise in regulatory reporting, capital adequacy, liquidity management, and financial control — Deep knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 9 and IFRS 15 — Experience managing financial structures including multiple legal entities, consolidation, transfer pricing, and cost allocation — Strong expertise in treasury and ALM, including funding, liquidity, interest rate, and currency risk management — Professional qualification ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent and/or higher education in Finance, Economics, or Accounting — Fluent Russian and confident English
