Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full finance function: FP&A, budgeting, accounting, IFRS reporting, treasury and taxation.
- Oversee financial planning, liquidity, capital management and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and requirements applicable to licensed financial institutions.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to shareholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Proven CFO / Finance Director experience within a licensed financial institution, preferably brokerage, wealth management, private banking or investment services.
- Strong expertise in IFRS, financial management, regulatory reporting and internal controls.
- International or multi-jurisdictional experience.
- Big4 Financial Services practice or investment banking background is a strong advantage.
- Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
