Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Cyprus Format: full-time employment Company: international investment group working with HNWI and corporate clients

Responsibilities: — Build management reporting for companies: cash, liquidity, obligations, net revenue — Manage treasury, cash flows, and budgets — Control financial operations, reconciliations, and agency commission settlements — Be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting — Monitor regulatory financial requirements, capital adequacy, and tax risks — Optimize financial processes and the work of the existing team

Requirements: — Significant experience in financial / investment business — Understanding of asset management, brokerage operations, and commission model — Experience in management reporting, treasury, budgeting, and financial control — Knowledge of IFRS, regulatory requirements for capital and liquidity — Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, financial modeling — Fluent Russian and confident English — Independence, systematic approach, and readiness to work hands-on
