Responsibilities: • Financial strategy and consolidated reporting of the group (IFRS); • Building financial chains and controlling cash flows; • Establishing corporate and holding structures (SPVs, subsidiaries); • International tax planning and transfer pricing; • Treasury, liquidity, and intra-group financing management; • Attracting financing (loans, bonds, investments); • Financial evaluation and support of M&A transactions; • Managing currency and financial risks; • Reporting to the board of directors and investors; • Compliance control (AML/KYC, CRS/FATCA); • Managing financial teams of subsidiaries; • Budgeting and KPIs for the group.
