Head of Finance / CFO

FYST is an international FinTech company operating with large transaction volumes and developing payment infrastructure for the global market.

The company is looking for a Head of Finance / CFO to lead the financial function of the group of companies and become a key business partner.

⚡️Responsibilities: • Managing the financial function of the group of companies; • Managing Finance, Treasury, Reconciliation, and Analytics departments; • Consolidating financial statements and controlling data quality; • Coordinating audits and interaction with external consultants; • Developing the financial control system and automating processes; • Participating in the strategic planning of the business.

⚡️The ideal candidate has: • Experience at the Head of Finance / Finance Director / CFO level; • Experience in FinTech / Payments / high-volume transactions; • Knowledge of IFRS and Cypriot financial regulations; • Experience managing financial teams; • Understanding of payment flows; • Fluent in Russian and English; • Strategic thinking and the ability to influence business decisions; • A systematic approach and focus on process improvement.
