CFO / Financial Director Company: an established international payments company operating in cross-border money transfers across multiple jurisdictions. Location: Limassol, Cyprus / hybrid, or remote considered.

About the role: We're looking for a hands-on financial leader who owns the full financial architecture of a payments business: cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, PSP infrastructure, compliance, and corporate structure across multiple jurisdictions. You'll work closely with the owners, turning the financial picture of the business into something transparent and actionable for decision-making.

What you'll do:

• Manage treasury and cash flow across banks, PSPs, legal entities, and currencies; build cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity in real time
• Prepare management reporting: Balance Sheet, P&L, indirect Cash Flow, consolidated across entities, regions, or business lines
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, PSPs, auditors, and legal/compliance advisors
• Manage payment routes, settlements, commissions, rolling reserves, chargebacks, and reconciliation
• Define requirements for reporting and internal finance tools (CRM/ERP/BI) as part of the finance function's ownership
• Support corporate structure, legal entity management, and compliance readiness across jurisdictions

Requirements:

• Recent, hands-on experience (last 2-3 years) with the Russian market: payment routes, banking, compliance, and regulatory constraints. Experience limited to before 2022 is not sufficient
• Real ownership of treasury and cash flow: managing liquidity across multiple banks, PSPs, entities, and currencies
• Background in payments, fintech, PSP, iGaming/betting/gambling, high-risk merchant business, forex/brokerage, or crypto payments (with a strong compliance and treasury component)
