About the Role** We need a CFO who combines strategy and operations. Responsible for finance, licensing, investments, regulator, compliance, and simultaneously manages the client money flow: liquidity, movement, security, anti-fraud, separation from corporate funds. Ready to build a system from scratch, work hands-on, and be transparent.

▪️Requirements ▫️10+ years in finance, 5+ years as CFO / Financial Director. ▫️Experience in fintech / payments / crypto / exchange / banking. ▫️Experience obtaining licenses and interacting with regulators. ▫️Experience in attracting investments (rounds, investors, due diligence). ▫️Experience building a financial function and team from scratch. ▫️Understanding of liquidity, reserves, limits, reconciliation. ▫️Knowledge of blockchain and crypto transfers. ▫️Understanding of fraud risks and control methods. ▫️Excel / BI, ERP/treasury systems — a plus. ▫️Russian — fluent, English — C1+. ▫️Discipline, transparency, accountability, teamwork with the CEO.
