Vacancy: Crypto Treasury & Trading Specialist

We are looking for a Crypto Treasury & Trading Specialist to strengthen our treasury function at the intersection of traditional finance and the crypto market. The company is an operator of a crypto platform, providing a cryptocurrency liquidity pool for professional market intermediaries.

Responsibilities:

— Monitor and manage crypto wallets (cold / hot) — Optimize fees and network charges (gas fee) — Automate treasury processes — Prepare data for auditors and regulators — Conduct liquidity stress testing — Manage collateral — Track limits on exchanges and proactively expand them — Generate daily P&L for treasury operations

Requirements:

— From 3 years of experience in a bank, brokerage, or other financial institution — Practical experience in liquidity management — Experience in cash flow modeling and regulatory compliance — Ensuring limits on crypto exchanges (or willingness to learn) — Understanding of client account funding

Key Skills:

— Strong analytical mindset — SQL — MS Office (advanced Excel)

— Integrity and a high level of responsibility — Honesty — Willingness to develop in a new field (crypto market) — Systemic thinking

Bonus Points:

— Experience working with crypto exchanges and wallets — Understanding of blockchain transaction principles — Skills in working with BI systems (Power BI / Tableau)

Conditions:

— Office in Moscow-City — Schedule 9:00–18:00 (flexible format possible) — Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation — Probationary period of 3 months
