Treasury Manager / Treasury Lead

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus, office

An investment company in Cyprus is looking for an experienced specialist to build the treasury function, develop banking infrastructure, manage liquidity, and automate financial processes.

Main Responsibilities: • Build and develop the company's treasury function • Organize banking infrastructure, manage bank accounts and international payments • Manage the company's liquidity and cash flows • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models • Develop treasury analytics, management reporting, and control tools • Implement internal controls, payment procedures, and financial risk management mechanisms • Automate and optimize treasury processes • Work with Excel and Google Sheets: formulas, arrays, pivot tables, and data analysis • Interact with Legal, Investment, and Finance teams, as well as investors, banks, and counterparties

Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in a Senior Treasury position at investment companies or international holdings • Experience in building or significantly developing treasury processes and banking infrastructure • Deep understanding of liquidity management and cash flow forecasting • Experience in implementing financial controls and process automation • Higher education in economics or finance • Excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets • Ability to collect, structure, and verify data from various sources • Experience working with multiple legal entities and bank accounts in different jurisdictions • English B2+ • Attention to detail, systematic approach, independence, and ability to meet deadlines
