**Treasury Lead / Payments ** Location: Cyprus Format: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional to strengthen the financial infrastructure of an international business in a rapidly growing technology environment.

**Main Tasks ** • Liquidity and cash flow management (multi-entity, multi-currency) • Optimization of global payment infrastructure and banking relationships • Working with PSPs, banks, and alternative payment providers • Control and improvement of payment, reconciliation, and settlement processes • Development and automation of treasury processes • Support for business scaling into new markets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Treasury / Payments / Fintech • Practical experience with PSPs, international payments • Understanding of FX, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting • Experience in high-risk industries • Strong hands-on mindset + strategic thinking
