We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team!

📊 What you will be doing: • Maintain cash flow forecasts for projects • Prepare management reports (P&L, Cash Flow) • Conduct Actual vs Budget analysis • Participate in monthly budgeting for several legal entities • Control expenses and identify optimization opportunities • Coordinate payments with cross-functional teams • Participate in the implementation of new financial software

✅ What is important: • Higher education in Finance/Economics • 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or back-office • Proficient Excel and Google Sheets (required!) • Understanding of SWIFT, SEPA, Crypto • Fluent English and Russian • Experience with ERP/accounting systems will be a plus
