Hiring: Junior Finance Manager (Fintech)

📍 Limassol — office We are looking for a Junior Finance Manager for our fintech team to work with payment flows, liquidity, and operational finance. An excellent opportunity to start a career in payments / fintech and gain practical experience in a fast-growing project.

⚡️ What you will do

• Assist in managing daily liquidity (incoming / outgoing)
• Monitor balances and fund movements
• Work with PSPs and payment providers
• Check commissions and settlement periods
• Participate in currency operations and financial planning
• Reconcile balances with providers and clients
• Interact with Finance, AML, Compliance, and Payment Operations teams
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets in Excel / Google Sheets

✅ What is important

• Interest in fintech / payments / finance
• Work experience or internship in finance / operations will be a plus
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, tables)
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to learn quickly and work with numbers
• English — Intermediate+
