Finance Manager (Fintech)

📍 Limassol, Cyprus (office) We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for liquidity management and control of payment flows in a fintech company.

⚡️ Responsibilities: • Daily liquidity management (incoming / outgoing) • Balance control and ensuring operational activities • Working with PSP and payment providers • Control of commissions and settlement periods • Foreign exchange operations and planning • Reconciliation of balances with providers and clients • Interaction with Finance, AML, Compliance, Payment Ops

✅ Requirements: • Experience in fintech / PSP / payments from 1 year • Proficient Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) • Analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to make quick decisions • English — from Intermediate
