Responsibilities: • Financial strategy and consolidated group reporting (IFRS); • Structuring financial chains and cash flow control; • Building corporate and holding structures (SPV, subsidiaries); • International tax planning and transfer pricing; • Treasury, liquidity, and intercompany financing management; • Attracting financing (loans, bonds, investments); • Financial valuation and support of M&A transactions; • Management of currency and financial risks; • Reporting to the Board of Directors and investors; • Compliance control (AML/KYC, CRS/FATCA); • Management of financial teams of subsidiaries; • Budgeting and KPIs for the group.
