startup - products for APK (Luxembourg, UAE, CIS) in the field of foliar nutrition (B2B, international trade)**

We need a person who can build a management financial framework practically from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Management and payment calendar
• implementation of management accounting and budgeting
• P&L for projects and international trade transactions
• financial modeling and plan-fact analysis
• cost control and financial risk management
• preparation of reports for management and investors
• interaction with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
• participation in tax planning for the international structure
• preparing the business for attracting financing.

Key requirement - location: 🇦🇪 UAE - priority option. We also consider candidates from Turkey, CIS countries (Armenia, Kazakhstan, Russia, etc.).

Format: part-time, remote, flexible schedule.

Looking for a person with at least 4-5+ years of experience in financial control / financial management, preferably in international business with multiple jurisdictions.

Mandatory: IFRS, management accounting, Cash Flow, financial modeling, foreign trade operations, and English language. Experience with Luxembourg / UAE / Uzbekistan / Armenia, 1C/ERP, and international trading will be a big plus.
