Stellar Card is a B2B fintech startup and a leader in payment infrastructure for advertising. We provide virtual cards for teams, enabling them to pay for advertising expenses from anywhere in the world, including with cryptocurrency. We are a reliable partner for Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, and Circle.

We are looking for a Controller and Treasury Specialist who not only works with finances but also builds effective financial processes and automates them.

▪️Important: for this vacancy, you must reside outside the Russian Federation.

▪️Your role will include: ▫️automation of payment processes and reporting using n8n and other tools; ▫️control of the company's cash flows: tracking fund movements, including all payouts, transfers, and funds in transit; ▫️reconciliation of balances, commissions, and financial transactions; ▫️execution of the full payment cycle: verification of requests, payment preparation, execution control, and adherence to the payment calendar; ▫️working in Airtable, Nocodb, Metabase, and other systems: control of payment requests, correctness of statuses, automation of accounting; ▫️liquidity level control; ▫️control of the correctness and completeness of financial data in accounting systems; ▫️monitoring client top-ups, commissions, and service charges; ▫️analysis of deviations and dynamics of financial indicators; ▫️control of closing periods for management accounting.

▪️We expect from you: ▫️at least 3 years of experience in finance; ▫️understanding of cash flow: payments, transfers, and account balances; ▫️understanding of the P&L structure and cash flow movements; ▫️Intermediate English level or higher; ▫️a high level of attention to detail with numbers and meticulousness; ▫️initiative in process improvement.

▪️It will be great if you have: ▫️experience with Airtable, Make, n8n, or similar tools; ▫️experience in building and automating treasury processes; ▫️financial modeling and cash flow forecasting skills.
