We are Hiring - Chief Finance Officer

Our firm is growing, and we are looking for a CFO to grow with us. From our headquarters in the DIFC and our offices across the UAE, KSA, UK, Singapore, Portugal, Pakistan, Qatar and South Africa, we help financial institutions and governments navigate governance, risk and compliance, and we build our own RegTech solutions to do it.

We are looking for a CFO to partner with our CEO and shape the next chapter of the firm.

Key Responsibilities → Set a multi-year financial strategy across consulting and recurring SaaS revenue → Build unit-level P&Ls and live dashboards (utilisation, ARR, churn, margin) → Lead governance, controls and audit readiness across all our entities → Drive M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration → Build and mentor a lean, high-performing finance team

Key Requirements → Proven experience as a CFO in at least two organisations → Hands-on M&A exposure in financial services, within the UAE → 15+ years in finance leadership, ideally in professional services or tech → SaaS/recurring revenue experience, IFRS and GCC tax/VAT expertise → A CPA, ACA, CMA or CFA
