Group Chief Accountant — Group Chief Accountant

📍__Naran – a fintech startup from the UAE that turns drivers into owners. We are already operating in 6 countries (Latin America and Africa)__

Responsibilities: — Be responsible for the group's accounting methodology: IFRS accounting policy, unified chart of accounts, unified standards in all jurisdictions — Maintain monthly group consolidation in USD from COP, PEN, and XOF — including intercompany transactions and eliminations — Manage month-end closing in all countries: closing calendar, quality control, reducing time-to-close — Lead local accountants and external contractors (outsourcing companies, tax consultants) — Oversee the implementation of ERP Odoo: methodology, chart of accounts, consolidation setup, data migration — Be responsible for lease accounting (operating vs. finance), audit readiness, and tax compliance, including e-invoicing — Report directly to the CFO
