SAP FICO Lead

📢 WE’RE HIRING | SAP FICO LEAD 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Experience: 8+ Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements ✅ 8–10+ years of core SAP FI/CO implementation and team leadership experience. ✅ At least 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. ✅ Proven experience leading SAP Finance workstreams and managing onshore/offshore delivery teams. ✅ Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, multicurrency accounting, and financial consolidation. ✅ Hands-on experience or strong functional expertise in: • SAP S/4HANA Cash Management • SAP FSCM – Receivables Management • SAP RE-FX – Real Estate Management

🎓 Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. • CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA qualifications will be highly advantageous.

⭐ Preferred Skills • Experience migrating from legacy ERP systems such as Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA. • SAP certifications in S/4HANA Financial Accounting or RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. • GCC industry experience in conglomerates, EPC, contracting, or real estate.
