Requirements: — International professional certification: ACCA, CFA, or CIMA — 7–10+ years of experience managing large financial teams and overseeing corporate finance in holding structures or investment companies — Experience in consolidated financial reporting for a group of companies and working with IFRS — Experience with corporate ERP systems such as SAP or 1C:ERP, as well as modern BI tools — Proven experience in preparing and presenting analytical materials, budgets, and investment cases to the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and shareholders — Fluent in Russian and English; Uzbek is an advantage
