➡️VACANCY: CFO / Group Financial Director Uzbekistan

A group of companies is looking for a strong Financial Director.

Key tasks: • Conduct a diagnosis of the financial condition and processes of the group, prepare an improvement plan and a rolling cash flow forecast. • Build a unified financial model for the group for 5 years, including the management company. Calculate the need for investment, working capital, and acceptable debt burden. • Implement unified management reporting, budgeting, plan-fact analysis, and a financial dashboard for management. • Prepare documentation packages and support negotiations with banks and partners, present financing options with their costs. Only local candidates from Uzbekistan are considered for this position.
