CFO / Chief Financial Officer for a group of companies

A group of companies is looking for a strong CFO.

Key tasks: • Conduct a diagnosis of the financial condition and processes of the group, prepare an improvement plan and a rolling cash flow forecast. • Build a unified financial model for the group for 5 years, including the management company. Calculate the need for investments, working capital, and acceptable debt load. • Implement unified management reporting, budgeting, plan-fact analysis, and a management financial dashboard. • Prepare packages of documents and support negotiations with banks and partners, present financing options with their cost. Only local candidates from Uzbekistan are considered for this position.
